We partner with leading patient organizations and other entities to expand the reach of MedicAlert and help protect as many people as we can. We’re also constantly looking for new ways to make our member’s medical data accessible and useful in an emergency setting.

The Alzheimer’s Association leads the way to end Alzheimer’s and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support. MedicAlert is proud of the work we’ve done with Alzheimer’s Association to ensure the safety of those with dementia who are prone to wandering through our Wandering Support Services®.


As the nation’s leading epilepsy patient organization, their mission is to lead the fight to overcome the challenges of living with epilepsy and to accelerate therapies to stop seizures, find cures, and save lives. MedicAlert works with Epilepsy Foundation to raise awareness for epilepsy and seizure first aid, and provide those living with epilepsy the protection of MedicAlert services.


Walgreens Find Care is a digital marketplace of curated providers. It can help connect caregivers and people with chronic medical conditions with care services that work for their schedule and budget. Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America

As the leading leading patient organization for people with asthma and allergies, AAFA is dedicated to saving lives and reducing the burden of disease for people with asthma and allergies through support, advocacy, education and research. MedicAlert is proud to support their mission and work with AAFA to improve the lives and safety of people with asthma and allergies. As part of the partnership, we’ve added a digital Asthma Action Plan to the MedicAlert health profile that is available to all MedicAlert members.


National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD), a 501(c)(3) organization, is a patient advocacy organization dedicated to individuals with rare diseases and the organizations that serve them. NORD, along with its more than 300 patient organization members, is committed to the identification, treatment, and cure of rare disorders through programs of education, advocacy, research, and patient services. We’re proud to partner with NORD to offer MedicAlert services through NORD’s RareCare® patient assistance program.


1 in 13 kids in the U.S. lives with a food allergy. Kids With Food Allergies (KFA) is dedicated to saving lives and reducing the burden of food allergies through support, advocacy, education and research. At MedicAlert we support KFA to raise awareness of food allergies and provide safety and peace of mind for kids and families with food allergies.


Food allergies affect as many as 32 million Americans, including 26 million adults and 5.6 million children. FAACT’s mission is to educate, advocate, and raise awareness for all individuals and families affected by food allergies and life-threatening anaphylaxis. In partnership with FAACT, we aim to increase awareness of food allergies and anaphylaxis, and provide resources that help kids and families live more confidently with food allergies.


Malignant hyperthermia (MH) is a potentially fatal, inherited disorder usually associated with the administration of certain general anesthetics the mission of MHAUS is to promote optimum care and scientific understanding of MH and related disorders. Through a unique partnership, MedicAlert powers the MH hotline, which connects clinicians facing a possible MH crisis to on-call specialists who provide lifesaving treatment advice.


CaringKind* is New York City’s leading expert on Alzheimer’s and dementia caregiving. With over 40 years of experience, they work directly with community partners to develop the information, tools and training to support individuals and families affected by dementia. We work with CaringKind to provide MedicAlert services to those with dementia in the New York City area who are at risk of wandering.


With almost 40 years of serving the LA community, Alzheimer’s Los Angeles is a locally focused, nationally and internationally recognized leader in providing high-impact support and education programs to people living with the disease and to their families. We work with Alzheimer’s LA to provide MedicAlert services to those in the LA area with dementia who are at risk of wandering.


The Connecticut Epilepsy Advocate was formed as an alternative organization to make more people aware of epilepsy and to help those living with epilepsy in any way possible. MedicAlert partners with the Connecticut Epilepsy Advocate to provide its members access to medical identification bracelets and 24/7 emergency response services.


Medical Guardian is a leading provider of innovative senior health solutions. They offer a full suite of connected care personal emergency response systems (PERS) that empower older adults to live a life without limits. Whether it’s an in-home system, mobile device with GPS/Wi-Fi capabilities, or an all-in-one wearable medical alert smartwatch, Medical Guardian has the personal medical alert device to meet an array of needs and lifestyles. MedicAlert partners with Medical Guardian to offer MedicAlert members special savings on a personal alert system, which is a great complement to MedicAlert’s services – especially for those who are at risk of falling.


RapidDeploy pioneered Cloud-Aided Dispatch, leading the way for broader public safety industry adoption of cloud technology. Now, they’re driving further progress in public safety by enabling the most effective, efficient and data-driven emergency response as the leader in Unified Critical Response. We partner with RapidDeploy to make our member’s vital health information available when a 9-1-1 call is dispatched, so first responders are better prepared to provide treatment.


RapidSOS creates technology that protects lives by connecting people, their devices, and their families directly to first responders in emergencies. Today they work with over 4,800 emergency communications centers in multiple countries, managing over 150 million emergencies annually with data from over 350 million devices. We work with RapidSOS to ensure that our member’s medical data is made available to first responders when they’re on the way to an incident, enabling them to provide faster, more accurate care.
